Before Ballito had a promenade, we were handing over keys. Since 1983 our family has looked after holidaymakers — and the homeowners who trust us — along this stretch of the KwaZulu-Natal North Coast.
We know which apartment catches the morning sun over Thompson’s Bay, which penthouse is closest to the tidal pool, and which owner keeps a shelf of beach toys for little ones. That’s not something a booking platform can offer. It’s something a family builds, one December at a time.
